The Village Turners

Coop community grant scheme:

From Oct 2024 - Nov 2025 the central Co-operative society are running a community grant scheme to help fund community causes in local areas. The Village Turners have been chosen as one of the groups to be funded. The scheme works by allowing Coop members to vote for their favourite community organisation. So from the 20th Oct 2024, Coop members can vote for us, The Village Turners via the members section of the Coop website. If you are not a member it costs £1 to register, as well as giving you access to Coop loyalty cards and deals it will enable you to vote for our application. The more votes an organisation gets the more money it will recieve up to a maximum of £6000. Please can we ask you to register and vote for our organisation. This will enable us to provide better facilities to our club and help us to expand the club to cater for disabled and veteran turners who want to learn a new skill.

To register simply click the link Here and sign up for an account. It will cost you £1. It should be noted this is being run by the Central Coop in Manchester and not the local East Anglia Coop. One vote per member.

Thank you in advance for your support.  M Wright Chairman The Village Turners.
